Cancellation more than 24 hours before an appointment is free of charge Cancellation between 12 to 24 hours will cost 75% of the appointment total amount. Cancellation less than 12 hours will cost 100% of the appointment total amount. - No refund will be made at this point for cancellation. No show will cost 100% of the appointment total.
